At the end of each session, the instructor will make a recommendation for the next session. If you are NEW to the studio, then your child should enroll in a class that meets both age and experience pre-requisites. If you still have a question, then our staff would be more than happy to evaluate your child's skill and technique to determine placement.
First of all, check the dress code for the class your dancer is in by looking at the class description on the website or in the portal. When you are ready to purchase, you may order online through our merchandise page OR Ms Cyndie (at the front desk) will order for you. If you cannot find what you are looking for on our website, then we have a large catalog at the studio that you may order from, as well.

That is up to each individual parent. You may drop off your child or stay to watch. The secure remains closed during studio hours.
If you want to add or delete a credit card in the parent portal, please log onto the portal and click the tab "my account." Please note that bank drafts are NOT available at this time.
Your child may attend another identical class as a make-up. There are no refunds for missed classes.
Yes. We only ask that you keep your child home if she is running a fever, has vomited within the last 24 hours, or has an untreated case of head lice.
No, unless your dancer is enrolled in Me and My Shadow (parent/child class). Instead, there are large tv monitors in the parent waiting room so you can watch your child during class. There is also one-way viewing glass windows if you prefer to stand.
Yes! Private instruction is $30/hr. There is no minimum.
Tuition payments are due on the 10th. There is a "grace period" from the 11th-15th. A late fee of $20 will be charged on the 16th for any payment not received and your child may not attend class until payment is made.
